Laser eye surgery was interesting. The scariest bit was when they put this suction thing on your eye to create a flap in your cornea to flip up. It feels very pressurized and then you feel this vibrating sensation. Very alien invasion type stuff. They pry your eyes open with an eyelid spreader too, so it is very much like like you have no control. Because, well, you don't. But the laser part is fine. kind of neat. you stare at a red light and then off to the side somewhere you see purplish blue lightning. The whole thing was over with pretty quickly and then I was left with the irritated sense of having a torn lense in my eye. But I can now see. Yay!
